A detailed Preconstruction Service Agreement (PSA) is drafted with all the shared vision in order to provide clear guidance and practical solutions so your project starts with a solid plan and the right direction.

Design & Planning

At this stage our team works closely with clients to develop a clear design and construction plan before work begins. With a signed Preconstruction Service Agreement (PSA), this phase focuses on defining the scope of work, preparing budgets, selecting materials, and organizing the construction schedule to ensure a smooth and efficient building process.

Communication

Effective communication during home construction is critical to avoid delays, mistakes, and misunderstandings. Our team has excellent communication skills that enables communicate in a clear, documented and consistent way with homeowners. We keep homeowners informed at every stage of construction with regular updates, site walkthroughs, and transparent reporting, ensuring a smooth and stress-free building experience

Professional Construction

During the construction phase, our team manages the building process from start to finish, coordinating trades, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring the project is completed safely, on schedule, and according to plan.

Final Walkthrough

At project completion, we conduct a final walkthrough with an internal quality control checklist to review the work, ensure every detail meets expectations, address any final adjustments and go over warranty before delivering the finished project.
